1. Monthly subscriptions
Form Command's standard plans are Starter at $499 per month, Professional at $799 per month, and Business at $1,199 per month, in U.S. dollars, plus applicable taxes. Each subscription automatically renews monthly until canceled. A payment method is entered through Stripe-hosted Checkout. Plan capacity and the price applicable to your account are shown before you subscribe. A separately approved private rate may apply to some accounts.
2. Fourteen-day free trial
Eligible new accounts receive one 14-day free trial. The selected monthly subscription price is not charged during that trial. Unless you cancel before it ends, the trial converts to a paid subscription and Stripe charges the price of your selected plan for the first monthly period. Monthly charges then continue until canceled.
Trial eligibility is limited to one Stripe billing trial per Form Command account. Returning accounts that have already started a billing trial do not receive another; their selected subscription begins billing when Checkout is completed. Account Settings displays the trial end and billing-period information supplied by Stripe.
3. How to cancel
- Sign in to Form Command.
- Open Account Settings and find the billing section.
- Select Manage billing to open the Stripe Customer Portal.
- Follow the portal instructions and review the effective end date before confirming.
If you cannot access your account or the portal, contact support@formcommand.app promptly or use the support form. A support request is not a completed cancellation until we or Stripe confirm it.
4. When cancellation takes effect
When Stripe schedules cancellation at the end of the current period, Form Command's billing-based access ordinarily remains available until the displayed trial or paid-period end. The subscription will not renew after that scheduled end. Stripe may allow you to reverse a scheduled cancellation before the end date.
If Stripe records the subscription as immediately or finally canceled, billing-based access may end at that time. Account Settings reflects the dates and status Form Command receives from Stripe. Independent demo, complimentary, or temporary access granted by an administrator, if provided, is separate from the subscription and may have different dates.
5. Refund policy
Subscription charges are generally nonrefundable. We do not provide automatic refunds or prorated credits for unused time, partial months, inactivity, project-capacity not used, or failure to cancel before a trial or renewal date, except where required by law.
If you believe a charge is duplicate, erroneous, unauthorized, or otherwise warrants review, contact us promptly with the account email, charge date, and amount. Do not send full payment-card numbers or security codes. We will review the available Form Command and Stripe records. Approval is discretionary except where applicable law requires a refund.
An approved refund is issued through Stripe to the original payment method. Bank and card-network timing is outside our control. Ending access, canceling a subscription, and refunding a charge are separate actions; receiving one does not necessarily mean the others occurred.
6. Failed payments and access
If a payment fails, Stripe may retry collection. Form Command may allow temporary access while retries are pending. Access may be restricted or ended if the subscription becomes unpaid, canceled, paused, incomplete, or otherwise ineligible. Canceling does not erase an amount validly incurred before cancellation.
7. Billing support and legal rights
Nothing in this policy limits refund, cancellation, or other rights that cannot be waived under applicable law. For cancellation problems or charge questions, contact Iron Peak Technologies LLC at support@formcommand.app or use the support form.
